Fuck. Me. This was a smoker on my lower back. The RDLs right into the Back Ex with Iso holds were killer. The pressing felt great. Even with the long pause on the chest, everything moved very quickly. Happy with today.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.

Great session tonight. The pressing moved very quickly. Good speed. The rowing was great for me. Great stretch and pull. The 110s were an issue after awhile. My grip was the limiting factor. Overall happy with today.

Sucked ass. Even after 8 warmups sets, the left side of my groin was bound up tight and hurting. Couldn't get it straight and it was causing me to do some dumb shit. Shut it down. The benching felt good, and that's about all.

Great session tonight. The pressing was very fast. Felt light. The squatting felt awesome as well. My groin didn't feel nearly as bad off a parallel box as the other day. I'm still having issues with it but its usable haha. I really want to take a run at the 120s for DB Rows at the end of the week. Hopefully I can hold onto them.

Pretty good session for me today. The speed off the floor isn't super fast, but I feel like I finish strong. The pressing felt good today as well.

As always, I am extremely open to criticism on my pulling. I need the help with my conv form.

Pulling conventional for the first time in a long time and i'm a bit sluggish off the floor myself. Once you get it moving though it looks like using your hips alone your about to launch the whole barbell in the air, great speed. Great job hitting that chain work past few workouts too.

My groin held up decently. I used a box that took me right at parallel. The split doesn't call for box squatting on today's session but I'm having issues with the left side of my groin holding up if I free squat. Gotta do what I gotta do. The pressing felt good. Got a little competitive with my lifting partner who outweighs me by a good 30-40lbs. He smokes my ass when we pull, but I've always been fairly close on pressing. We were going back and forth today.

Will be using death by as a gauge for awhile. It's fairly short, not too rough on my joints and gives me a pretty good smoker.

Do you notice a difference between high and low bar squat? I'm slightly low bar but I never realized there was a difference.

    Comments:

That was all I had in the tank. I was on the range all day carrying about 40-50lbs worth of gear. Between that and yesterday's workout, my body was already smoked.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.

Pretty good workout. I'm smoked from the last week on the range. Still managed to put in a good effort. Pressing ended up being about 245 not too far from the top. Not too bad for me.

    Comments:

Pretty good workout for me. My left elbow felt a little weak but held up good. The benching was supposed to be all doubles, but the last set felt so light I hit it for a couple extra. Probably could have hit it for 8 without too much issue. The DLing was right around 350 from the knees up. Not too bad.

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.

Good stuff through and through as usual. Do you play on competing or training in gear?

Kevin- At some point I may switch back and start training in gear. For right now, I'm going to continue training raw. Would like to hit some decent numbers before I decide to switch back.

    Comments:

Lower back is a little tweaked but overall a good session. Surprised my groin held up to the squatting. Wasn't pretty but it came up. The conv DLing still feels at least halfway decent.

I never noticed how the bar position affected what muscles were working. I just was never thrilled with the bar laying right on my spine. I see pics from my old gym and it looks like people aren't even pushing the traps up and all. It looks painful..lol

Gotta find that bar position that works best for ya. Mine tends to be a bit low.

    Comments:

Rotated back to accumulation. Will run a couple of weeks of accumulation and then back to transmutation and then eventually realization. Decided to hit my two main lifts and run a conditioning workout. First one I've ran in quite some time. Good to see that I haven't gotten quite that badly out of shape. Not a terrible score.
