    Overall a pretty good workout. Shoulder portion seemed a little weaker than usual, but nothing to be too concerned with. Squats and SLDL left me feeling like jello. I ended up hittin' the tennis ball for a bit this evening and couldn't really move at all. Overall pretty happy with the way things went.

    Congrads on the gains. I aswell made some big improvement today on legs, but still 15lbs from you. The heat is on big man

    Overall not a bad workout. I've never put 185 on the bench and been able to get it, even once. My spotter touched the bar on one rep that's why I labled it 4.5 and not 5. I'm sure I could have gotten it by myself, but I gotta keep things consistent. Dips were strong, though I couldn't quite get the last rep. Pullups weren't as strong as last week, but Yates Rows were lookin' good. My calories seemed a bit lower today, and that may contribute a little to my lack of energy during the session.

    This was just a quick workout. I got to the gym way late and had to rush before closing. Overhead presses looked really good. Lateral raises sucked ass. Overall not too bad of a quick workout. I've gotta make sure I eat more this week. Even with not gaining any weight, I moved up in all my lifts. I'll take it, I suppose.
