    Today we celebrated my dad's birthday. I had to do the family thing and eat some cheesecake haha. It was quite tasty.

    No workout today. Hittin the gym tommorow and lookin forward to a great workout.

    *Decided to try something new with my chinups. With these I go to full lockout and let myself hang for a couple of seconds. I then pull myself up and slowly lower myself to lockout where I hang for a bit more. Repeat again and again. Really felt like these hit my back really good.*


    Dips:

    BW + 25lbs x 5
    BW + 40lbs x 5
    BW + 70lbs x 5 (+.5 rep)


    Yates Rows:

    Overall this workout went pretty good. I felt like I didn't have much energy, but I still progressed on several lifts. I actually got a good bit of food in today. Things lookin good. Overall I was happy with today.

    Well today wasn't supposed to be a rest day, but it turned into one. I got back to school around 2 and went to go lift and the gym was closed for the holidays. That sucked. My next lift day will be Thursday when I'll try for 190 x 5 on bench. Had more exams today. Figured I did pretty damn well on my math, and I should have a 4.0 for the first semester.

    Ryuage- It's the "the only people that work the gym are students and because they don't know how to coordinate workers around an exam schedule so they just close the gym" holiday lol. My body could probably use the rest before I push hard for 200 x 5 before the end of December.

    Well today was supposed to be my rest day, and I didn't have any intention of going to lift. I went to the gym and planned on spottin a friend of mine. Well I figured I try and get my shoulder loose since it acts up on me at times. Well.....one thing led to another and I was doing a full workout. I lost a rep on my shoulder presses but I think it's from the extra rotator cuff stuff I did. I some how busted out 5 more reps on leg extensions. Overall I just don't feel like the workout was all that great.

    Overall a pretty good workout. Seemed like all my lifts were pretty much on. I'm trying my best to get 200lbs for 5 by the end of Christmas. So far so good. Overall I'm happy with today's workout.
