I had to go hunting for the before pics but it looks like a definite improvement particularly chest and back

If you fancy some constructive critcism, I think your front delts are a little overwhelming in that back double bi pic but that's definitely because they're looking nice and big rather than the rest of you being small.

Back thickness seems to be coming along.

Nice overall, just keep up the good work, dude. (And all that milk must help a lot.)

Gimp: Thanks buddy, and sorry for forgetting to get a good link to my old pics. So ya thinkin' I should focus on pulling my rear and side delts up to match my front delts??

Stash: Thanks man. I guess all that milk "does a body good."

Ate a bunch of ****ty food. Had to get it all out of my system. Gonna start back on my diet tommorow. It'll be a bit hard considering I don't have the usual foods I used to surround myself with, but I'll manage. Also going to start a new split and rep scheme tommorow. Would explain it, but I'll just let tommorow's workout explain itself.

I'm still planning on continuing my bulk, unless the majority of people think I've got to much BF to continue. Until then though, I'm going to 180 and get some more pics to see how things are coming along.

your front delts are a genetic gift from god.

    I hate you.

I agree with gimp, work on side laterals and BB Up-Right rows for a while and lay off any millitary presses and front raises.

If your front delts are any sign of things to come from your shoulders, WORK THOSE DB SIDE LATERALS!!!!!!!

and do your pull-ups to get wide in the back so you can spread your wings and FLY!

Good pics Rock, nothing negative to say except "time to change the split" - keep the workouts going strong.

Alke- Thanks man. Are my front delts really that good? Personally I don't really see anything all that impressive about em.

Coke- Thanks buddy. I changed the split up today, and let me say this, I don't remember the last time I was this tired after working out. Def. an intense session. Will post it later.

Well look at other back double bi's and then your own, and you'll see what Alke means about having BIG anterior delts.

    Playin texas hold em' eh?

CC- Thanks man. Yea we end up playin Hold Em' sometimes during the week. It was just my night last night.

    Food:

Meal 1- Balance Bar, Nutri Grain Bar, Cup of Milk

    Meal 2- 2 Baked Chicken/Turkey Sandwiches

Meal 3- Footlong Roasted Chicken Breast Sub, Cup of Milk

Meal 4- Chicken Wrap, Salmon, Rice

Meal 5- Balance Bar, Cup of Milk

    New Workout/ Rep Scheme:

    Benchpress-

    115lbs x 15
    135lbs x 12
    155lbs x 9
    185lbs x 4.5

    Lockout/Pause Chins-

    BW x 9.5
    BW + 5lbs x 6
    BW + 5lbs x 5.5

    Dips-

    BW x 15
    BW + 25lbs x 12
    BW + 45lbs x 7.5
    BW + 55lbs x 4

    DB Rows (Each Hand)-

    50s x 15
    60s x 12
    70s x 9
    80s x 6 (+5lbs)

    Cable Crossovers (Weight Each Hand)-

    30lbs x 15
    40lbs x 12
    40lbs x 9
    40lbs x 6

    Close Grip Seated Cable Rows-

    100lbs x 15
    110lbs x 12
    120lbs x 9
    130lbs x 6

Overall, this was a very intense workout. Strength seemed to be like ****. Could be a combination of the week off, and the much higher rep scheme, but by the ends of my sets, I just felt fried. This was also the first time in a long while in which my arms were so tight that I couldn't even scratch my back. Been doing a bit of reading, and felt like this rep scheme would give me a good balance of raising my heart rate, but also allowing me to work on my strength. The whole idea behind it is that I'll be raising my heart rate (hopefully helping me burn a little fat at times) and also stretch my muscles out in the first sets, and then as I progress throughout the specific lift, I'll be moving more towards strength. I'm going to use this split/rep scheme while I bulk for the next 10lbs and see how I like the results.

CC- Haha yea. A friend of mine who saw the pics made that comment about the side chest shot. I thought it was pretty fun. Oh yea, thanks man.

Coke- Thanks buddy. I had to switch it up somehow. Strength wasn't there during the last lifts of each exercise, but I guess as my body adapts to this new stress, I should begin making good gains. I will say this, I haven't been this sore in a LONG time. My back and chest have some great DOMS this mornin'.

Soba- Thanks man. It's a good bit more volume than I used to, so I'm hoping my body adapts fairly quickly. I may find this split isn't for me, but I'm going to give it 10lbs and see how it plays out.

CC- Corsicans are variations on situps, and vacuums are where you pull your belly button in towards your back and hold it for awhile.
