What a coincidence that tomorrow is wheelz day.

    *takes some inspiration*

Never done an ATC squat before. Would you recommend doing them as a finisher or in the beginning?

Stash-Personally, I'd say do ATC squats over parallel squats completely. You could maybe even try the rep scheme I'm doing. 2 Warm up sets, and 2 sets at 5,3, and 2reps.

Mase- HAHA, I would, but since I didn't go to parallel on each squat, I don't feel like it is worthy to be in the sig.

    Mase- HAHA yea yea.

Weekly Weigh In- 175lbs. Up .5lb from last week.

    Food:

Meal 1- Balance Bar, Glass of Milk

Meal 2- Turkey, Chicken Sandwich, 3 Glasses of Milk

Meal 3- Baked Chicken, Chicken Sandwich, 3 Glasses of Milk

Meal 4- Balance Bar, Glass of Milk

    Other:
    ETS
    Multi Vitamin

    Workout: Depth Focus

*Depth attempt is Ass to Grass on every lift.*

    Squats:

    95lbs x 10
    115lbs x 10
    135lbs x 5
    155lbs x 5
    185lbs x 3
    205lbs x 3

    *Put on Belt*

    225lbs x 2
    260lbs x 4 (+10lbs)

Hit my goal for today. Didn't know if I'd get it or not. My knees ached almost the entire time. I almost didn't do the last heavy set, but ya'll know that I can't walk away from a lift. Intensity and form was on. May have not hit ass to grass on the last set, but definitely below parallel. Overall a very good workout, though honestly I'm looking forward to the rest I'll get this weekend. I think my knees are looking forward to it too.

    SW- Thanks man. I'm tryin.

Mase- HAHA, gotta keep my knees happy.

    Cp- Thanks man.

    CC- Thanks bro.

JustinF- Thanks big guy, and good to see ya around again.

    Food:

Meal 1- Balance Bar, Glass of Milk

Meal 2- Grilled Chicken, Roast Beef Sandwich, Potatos, 3 Glasses of Milk

Meal 3- Turkey, Roast Beef Sandwich, 3 Glasses of Milk

Meal 4- Balance Bar, Glass of Milk

    Workout: Small Box Squats

*These box squats were done in the place of ATG Squats. Box was slightly below parallel, maybe an 1 to 1.5inches. All done with a long pause and disengagement of the hip flexors.*

    95lbs x 10
    115lbs x 10
    135lbs x 5
    165lbs x 5*
    195lbs x 3*
    225lbs x 2*

    Put on Belt.

    245lbs x 2*
    275lbs x 2 assisted

*Increase in working weight, but because they weren't a PR I didn't put (+ anything)*

Overall this wasn't a bad session. I've decided to do box squats in place of ATG on Mondays, because doing ATG two days a week kinda hurt my knees a bit. Everything was spot on. It's amazing how much a difference that 1.5inches made when it came to getting a start off the box. I never realized box squats below parallel could be that difficult. I couldn't get the 275 start so I need assistance on both reps. Kinda over estimated my strength. Overall I'm still happy with the workout.
