Brute- As you wish big guy.....

Stash- Thanks bro. I suppose my lateral raises are relatively weak compared with the rest of my shoulder lifts.

    Food:

Meal 1- Quart of Milk, Banana

Meal 2- 3 Turkey Sandwiches, Corn, Pickle, Glass of Milk

    Meal 3/4- Up coming

    Workout: Chest and Back

    Benchpress:

    45lbs x 15
    95lbs x 10
    135lbs x 10
    180lbs x 9.5 (+5lbs and 1.5 reps)

    Wide Grip Pause Pullups:

    BW x 7 (+1 rep)
    BW x 6 (+1 rep)
    BW x 5.5 (+.5 rep)

    Dips:

    BW x 10
    BW + 10lbs x 10
    BW + 35lbs x 9.5 (+10lbs)

    Deadlifts:

    135lbs x 10
    215lbs x 11 (+1 rep)

    Shrugs:

    255lbs x 10

Overall the workout was pretty damn good. Weight is down, but strength is still climbing. I'm confident I'm going to hit 185 for 10 next session. Bench strength felt dead on today, just gotta work on my breathing. Pullups were much better this week. Dips are still climbing like I expected. Dead form is a bit iffy. I'm worried I'm using a bit too much back and I really need to study some vids and such to compare my form with what is considered "perfect" form. Overall very happy with today's workout.

Gotta go to work, so I'm posting this a bit early. Don't know when I'll be able to get back to a computer to update.

Nice dippage, man. Hey if you ever decide to come to Illinois, you should hit up Challenge Park, near Aurora. It's the BEST place to go paintballing in the midwest.

    Brute- Thank ya bro.

    Stack- Thanks man.

Guido- Thanks man. I'll have to remember that if I'm ever up that way.

    Tiger- Very good words indeed.

Cp- HAHA my fault man. I just had to welcome the new guy in. You know you still hold a special place in my journal haha.

    Food:

Meal 1- Nitrean, Glass of Milk

Meal 2- Turkey, 3 Turkey Sandwiches, Pickle, Glass of Milk

Meal 3- Fruit, 2 Chicken/Turkey Sandwiches, Glass of Milk

Meal 4- 2 slices of cheese pizza

Changing my diet slightly. In the past I've been doing strict during the week and then a big eat whatever I want cheat day on Saturday. I'm going to change it to one cheat item (only if I "need" it) a day (ie sugar free cookie, mashed potatos, etc etc), and try and keep my Saturdays fairly clean. Also in the next couple of weeks, I'm going to be starting to do a ****load of cardio. I'm also going to end up doing a lot of work outside, so my diet may end up slacking a bit, but I feel I should be alright.

No workout today, but I'm going to try and put up some big numbers tomorrow.

Good deal on the diet change. Allowing yourself to cheat in moderation everyday is a good way to go. That's about how I go about it when trying to eat clean. It works well cause sometimes you won't have an urge for anything for a while. When you do though, you have a little of it and don't feel guilty about it. Helps keep you sane, but still feel accomplished in your diet.

Me too, I find that eating fast foods can get a little repulsive at times (maybe thats why I can't gain weight quick).

Brute- I feel the same way man.

Steven- I wish I was the same way. I eat clean for awhile, and just the smell of good food gets me craving something.

Holy- I agree, but I still love eatin' it lol.

Coke- After eating a bit of fast food, I never want anymore, but somehow I'll come back eventually.

    Food:

Meal 1- Pint of Milk, Banana

Meal 2- 3 Turkey Sandwiches, Turkey, Pickle, Glass of Milk

    Meal 3- Fruit Cup

Meal 4- 3 Turkey Sandwiches, Turkey, Glass of Milk

    Workout: Lower Body

    Hack Squats:

    1pps x 10
    2pps + 20lbs x 12 (+10lbs and 2 reps)

    Walking DB Lunges:

    30s x 10
    40s x 10
    55s x 10 (+5lbs)

    HS Seated Leg Curls:

    90lbs x 10
    130lbs x 10 (+5lbs)

    Plated Loaded Standing Leg Curls:

    90lbs x 10
    130lbs x 10 (+5lbs)

    Seated Calf Raises:

    90lbs x 10 (5 second reps)
    90lbs x 10 (5 second reps)
    175lbs x 10 (+5lbs)
    175lbs x 10 (+5lbs)

    Cardio:
    15min walking
    30min biking (6.5 miles)
    25min HIIT

Overall this workout was great. The hack squats still seem a bit awkward, but I'm gaining on them nonetheless. Hammy strength is climbing on up. Lunges hurt my toes haha, but feel nice through the quads. Calves bout cramped up. The cardio was ****ing killer. I did it after the leg workout. The HIIT had me about to puke, and I felt like my legs were coming out from under me. Awesome stuff. Overall very happy with today.
