    Lol yea. I'm afraid I'd be a little too doped up to coherently lift anything, let alone go for PRs a day or two after surgery.

    Are you going under? I had mine out with just local freezing and it was done in 10 minutes. I literally thought he forgot to take a couple of them out it went so fast.

    Either way, you probably shouldn't train for a few days. The increased blood pressure could cause bleeding to start and it's a bitch to deal with. Hopefully you don't need stitches - much easier to keep clean if it's just a hole. Get a medicine syringe to flush them out after you eat, etc.

    Yea I'm going to have to go under. I don't respond at all to numbing medicines, hence the reason I spent pretty much the entire surgery for my stomach feeling everything the plastic surgeon was doing *shivers*. I've only got three to get taken out. One has already come out of the skin and the other two are still embedded. I've gotta get somebody to drive me to and from the place, as I'll be under too much **** to drive when I leave.

    That sucks. I'd get all four taken out, if I were you. Mine were 100% through, no issues, and I'm still glad I had them taken out. Easier to brush and floss by a long shot.

    Although I guess you're used to taking things deep into your mouth.

    Overall a good workout. Pause bench felt good. The T-Bar rows were nice and heavy, but I made a jump in weight, so I'm pretty happy. The push presses were nice and light, but I have to start somewhere. I'm thinking I'll drop one lift for back on my 2nd BJJ Focus day and add in Push Presses. I really liked em. Overall I'm pretty happy.



    BJJ: 3hrs

    Learned some new guard attacks: move similar to a crucifix, an arm bar, and an arm bar to sweep. I ended up rolling the majority of the time. Didn't do half bad. BJJ game is coming along fairly well.

    Hahaha, nah, your PP should shoot up pretty fast. I like it as well, but I haven't done it in awhile. I figure once my militaries get too heavy I'll be switching to PP for awhile.

    Just thought I'd throw up two back shots just for the hell of it. I'll put up a complete series of pictures once I hit 180 or so. I'm steadily finding that I hold the majority of my bodyfat in my lowerback, and right above my scar from the surgery. I also still have a bit of loose skin on my abdomen though it may tighten once I put on more weight. So far over the last several months I've put on close to 8lbs haha. I know I know, I'm skinny.
