Sure why not, as long as your not on a carb restrictive diet or trying to get rid of all fructose from your diet it is fine. Honey is an anti-oxidant, and quite tasty.
Fructose gets a bad rep because it preferentially refills liver glycogen. Bear in mind however that this is one of the body's primary determining factors in whether it is in an anabolic or catabolic state.
You might want to consider some alternative toppings like natural peanutbutter for a source of good fats.
If you're bulking (and I'm guessing not from your sig) then pretty much anything is game.
