    Thanks guys. Yea it does feel great. I look back at pics of myself and think about how I ever even did anything at all. I'll never go back to bein like that.

    Guys I need everybody's opinion. As you can see from the pics, I have some loose skin that hasn't tightened up yet. My dad, who's a doctor, suggested that I go on a bulk, and try and add as much muscle as possible. Currently I'm on a cut, but dad says that the skin needs something to cling to, and that I need to build up muscle. I really wanna see some abs, but I can't have all this loose skin. What do ya'll think I should do?
