The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    does masturbation matter?

My question is that when you're doing body building and if you masturbate like once or twice every day...what kind of effects does it have?
    My stats:
    Age: 16 years
    Height: 5"7.5
Weight: ....Reduced from 80 kg to 73 kg..tell me how much more I should lose

This question has been asked hundreds of times, and people have debated the answer for many pages across many threads.

    The bottom line is this:

It is negligible. There is actually a slight increase in testosterone levels after a male climaxes.. But the difference is so slight that it will make no noticeable impact on muscle gains.

It obviously slightly alters your mood. After you climax, you won't be as aggressive.

Here's the bottom line: Even if you found out that it impacted muscle gains negatively, would you really stop doing it?

Now, I'm going to close the thread. From the first response to your post, it should be obvious that most people here can't discuss this with maturity - if you have any more questions about this topic, use the search feature.
