    The Glutes

    What are some other good excerises for the glutes besides squats?
    Current: 5'8 165lbs

    Lunges work them harder than squats I think. You can do dumbell or barbell. A technique I have found that works well is after your last set of heavy squating, do the lunges right afterwards without a warmup. This is the best method I have found for doing both squats and lunges in the same workouts, my best lunge sessions are achieved when I do things in this exact way.
