Alright, I was doing SLDL last night and I wasn't quite sure if they hit every muscle group that regular DLs do, what are your thoughts on this matter?
SLDLs are supposed to be more of a hamstring exercise
DLs bring the glutes and posterior chain into it a lot more
DL's work more things than i'm willing to list, but sldl's are supposed to concentrate more on legs (hammy's) like callahan said. and also, personally, i like to use a mixed grip w/ them (easier on the wrists).
