I just did a workout that involved super sets and giant sets only. I found that I got a better workout than I would have if I had rested between sets. Anyone who uses these techniques please give some info in this unofficial Super and Giant Set thread.
what was the workout? what did you superset? or Giant set ?
imo its a good change of pace if your not a beginner,
may work for cutting also dunno
