    Double Split Routine

    Have Anyone been on a double split routine ... Is it effective for Strength, Mass or Toning gains ??? and what are the advantages/ disadvantages of this routine... I've heard that Slyvester Stallone did a double split routine..

    I can see training twice a day when on a high volume russian strength routine, but for bodybuilding, I don't see much benefit.

    What the stars do may not necessarily be the best thing for YOU.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    OMG dont do it man unless its like upper body part in teh mornig and then legs in the afternoon cause i tried doing biceps in teh morning and then shoulders in the afternoon and OMG worst work out ever i wasted my time never do it man do cardio instead or ur abs

    shoulder press barbell 150 rep 6
    CUTTING stage 1 week
