I'm not feeling any real pain or burning from my workouts the next day. The only things that i do seem 2 feel the next day r tri extensions and barbell curls! Should i increase the weight or reps to work the muscles harder?
DOMS is not a sign of growth. As long as you are progressing, then continue as usual.
