I wanna loose 40lbs.... quick. Now I can do whatever it takes but I heard you can haver too much cardio.
WOuld this be too much cardio ?
6:00 AM : Jogg 1/2 n hour
6:00 PM : Jogg 11/2 n hour
8:00PM : jogg 1/2 n hour
Thats 1 1/2 hours of jogging
Along with fat burning supplements, and a very good diet, is it possible to loose this in one month ?
1 month = 40lbs ?
P.S I have search for "stories" "fat burning" " great stuff" and othere but couldnt find anyones success story with their fat burning supplements, Anyone know of a good supplement that elps burn stored fat ?

yah if you are obese you can lose 40 lbs in a month my goodness..

ummm 40 lbs. in a month?! well summer comes up and everyone goes on their cutting diets i guess. but know that you're losing a lot of muscle. don't stop eating, cuz if u do ur metabolism will shut down, and the second you start eating normally again, you will gain most of it, if not all of it, back. good luck w/ it, and stay healthy.
there's the answer then get some lipo done... hehe
