    Is this too much cardio ?

    Hey

    I wanna loose 40lbs.... quick. Now I can do whatever it takes but I heard you can haver too much cardio.
    WOuld this be too much cardio ?

    6:00 AM : Jogg 1/2 n hour
    6:00 PM : Jogg 11/2 n hour
    8:00PM : jogg 1/2 n hour

    Thats 1 1/2 hours of jogging
    Along with fat burning supplements, and a very good diet, is it possible to loose this in one month ?
    1 month = 40lbs ?

    P.S I have search for "stories" "fat burning" " great stuff" and othere but couldnt find anyones success story with their fat burning supplements, Anyone know of a good supplement that elps burn stored fat ?

    Is there a reason that you absoluetly have to do this in a month's time?

    It's possible to lose 40lbs in one month, but it's not healthy.

    yah if you are obese you can lose 40 lbs in a month my goodness..

    I agree. There really is not a healthy way to lose 40 pounds in one month. 10 or 20 pounds is a little more realistic.

    i am not dissagreeing with u, i aprreciate your info, but the people with liposuction they loose like 100lbs in 5 minutes.... i know there on drugs n stuff, but would 30lbs be unlheatlhy?

    I dont' thnk they take out that much, I'm pretty sure your body would go into shock and you'd die....its more like 10lbs per session

    ummm 40 lbs. in a month?! well summer comes up and everyone goes on their cutting diets i guess. but know that you're losing a lot of muscle. don't stop eating, cuz if u do ur metabolism will shut down, and the second you start eating normally again, you will gain most of it, if not all of it, back. good luck w/ it, and stay healthy.
