should i lock my elbows at the peak of my bench presses? how about things like tri pull downs?
no dont lock cuase if u do all the tension will be on ur tri's. yea tri pull down yesss its very important i would suggest holding it for like 4 seconds at the bottom this will get u the lower tricep muscles worked for me
