I doing the WannabeBig Routine 1...Is it okay to change the abs workout to
4 x 25 crunches??.. And when doing the Squats.Why do I feel alot of pressure on my knee and kneecaps...The joint makes small cracking noises, as I do each rep.. Is there anyway to resolve this??
I do that routine, but I do more ab workouts. I really dont think 4 sets a week of ab workouts is enough. But dont take my word on it...

i'm sure that many crunches would most likely be fine. as for the knees, my only advice i could think to give would be that sound could be somewhat natural.. because i have the same thing when i extend my knees or elbows sometimes.. i would just say that if it becomes painful, stop and have it checked out. u know your body, so go with that i suppose, i could b way off thoughOriginally Posted by Pete_Sebastiano
