This is one for people like me (ectomorphs) trying to bulk
Atomic's Black & White Super Protein Milkshake
2 cups whole milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 scoops of protein poweder (chocolate or vanilla, sometimes I use 3 scoops)
4 tablespoons hershey's chocolate syrup
*optional creatine for your needs if you take it
mix well in blender until smooth
this shake provides about (depending on specific brands)
62 grams of proten
and 36 grams of fat
* a third scoop of protein adds 20 more grams of Protein, 2 grams of fat and 2 carbs.
