I was finally able to do the whole stack at the Standing Calve raise machine today. 600lbs 3 sets. It was one of my goals to do that.

I agree you can probably do more reps or slower reps
I always did a three second hold at the top and bottom and felt the burn. Then on my last set once i hit my ten i would do partial reps for 30 seconds. By then at least for me my legs felt like thin noodles but in a good wayOriginally Posted by Saint Patrick
