Hey guys. I've been drinking this stuff each morning and I don't know anything about nutrition, so I thought I'd ask if this is good -
it's a shake,
1 tsp of flax seeds
and im not sure how much milk/soy milk my mom puts in...probably about a cup or a cup and a half
I have a glass of this each morning, and I was just curious if there's anything I could add or take out of it that would make it better, or if it's fine the way it is?
Oh, I can't decide whether I should or go on a really clean bulk...if that information is needed...
