    Garza's Diet Journal

    I have been recording what I have been eating for the last few days so here it is. No need to comment, I am adjusting it day by day until I get it right. Here it is.

    10/4/01

    1 whole egg
    4 egg whites
    4 cups OJ
    1 chicken breast
    2 slices bread
    1 cheese
    1/2 cup veggies
    1 chicken breast
    1 tbsp Peanut butter
    4 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    2 cups milk
    1 can tuna
    2 cups milk

    Fat=53 grams Protein=189.5 Carbs=185

    1975 Kcals


    10/5/01

    4 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    1/3 cup oats
    2 cups OJ
    1/3 cup oats
    chicken breast
    2 cups oj
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    2 cups milk
    chicken
    2 cans tuna
    2 cups milk

    Fat=40.5 Protein=175 Carbs=225

    19% Fat, 36% Protein, 45% carbs


    10/6/01

    4 egg white
    1 whole egg
    2 cups oj
    3 slices bread
    cheese
    1 cup milk
    2 tbsp Peanut butter
    2 metrx bars
    2 servings carb solutions
    3 cups milk
    2 cans tuna

    Fat=61.75 Protein=221 Carbs=161

    26% fat, 42% protein, 32% carbs

    2083.75 kcals

    cheese
    2 slices bread
    3 cup milk
    2 servings protein

    1tbsp peanut butter
    1 chicken breast
    2 slices bread
    3 cans tuna
    1 tbsp light mayo
    half slice cheese

    Fat=45.5 Carbs=157.5 Protein=228.5

    1945 kcals

    46% protein, 33% carbs, 21% fat.

    That is contingent upon if I don't eat anything else, have to tape my mouth shut I guess.

    7 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    3 cups oj
    2 chicken breasts
    2 chicken breasts (pre cooked)

    Keep in mind, this isn't necessarily in order.

    52.5 grams of fat, 249 carbs, 210 protein

    20 percent fat 43 percent carbs 36 percent protein

    fat=35 carbs=205.5 protein=207.5

    fat .16 carbs .42 protein .42

    Throw in a little more fat; maybe supplement with flax seed oil. Fat isn't evil like everyone says it is.

    Yeah I realize I need more fat, at least about 45 grams. Usually the peanut butter takes care of but i will have to get some flax oil. Thanks.

    I still keep track of it, my diet is getting better. I just have not been posting it.
