    Dinner was a huge bowl of brown past with quorn mince and beans
    Protein shake after as well.
    Bed time snake was some special k and another protein shake

    Yesterday my final two meals were:

    Meal 3: Large bowl oatmeal, 4-5oz chicken breast, brown rice, pear, 10 oz package green beans, a few peanuts

    Meal 4: Large bowl Kashi Heart to Heart cereal, 10 oz package peas, 1 ear corn, ~2 oz snapper fillet, small serving cantaloupe

    Note that Meal 4 also served as a post cardio meal.

    meal 5 (7:00 pm):
    1 can of tuna
    1 tablespoon of olive oil
    1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
    the juice of 1 lemmon (or lime for you americans)
    garlic salt and pepper

    meal 6 (10:00 pm):
    1.5 cups of 2% milk
    1.5 scoops of whey
    1 whole wheat bagel
    1 tablespoon of peanut butter
    6 fish oil caps
    Edgar V.

    So you don't wanna get big, do you?

    snack was an ISS Matrix shake that breaks down slowly

    protein shake

    Breakfast:

    Organic Butter
    Organic Jam
    Organic Multi-Grain Bread

    8 oz turkey
    broccoli

    bedtime

    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 tbsp natty pb
    1 scoop nitrean

    tonight same bedtime but dinner is

    6 oz sweet potato
    broccoli
    8 oz chicken

    dinner: Chicken beast, half of a tuna sandwich on flax seed bread, half cup of egg noodles, 355ml of pasturized strawberry juice, litre of water
    Snack: Protein shake
    Snack 2: Half cup of Organic oats and one cup of Yogurt, 2 table spoons of wheat germ.
    Current: 5'8 165lbs

    7:00 - grilled chicken breast salad with caesar italian dressing + sunflower seeds + parmegian cheese + bacon bits + croutons

    9:00 - natty PBJ on ww + 7oz skim milk cookies n creme whey shake + B5 in OJ

    Afternonn snack: Cottage cheese, rice cake, and protein shake.

    Dinner: A bowl of stir fry with 1 chicken breast, half a cup of rice, and onions, carrots, green peppers, mushrooms and broccoli. And a cup of milk.

    @ 7pm: 1 can tuna w/2 tablespoons fat free mayo

    @ 11pm (bout 1/2 hour after workout) 6 boiled eggs, only 2 yolks, and a ON protein shake.

    Meal #2: Chikfila Chicken Sandwich (no other options because of schedule)
    Meal #3 (I guess.): Nlarge2
    Meal #4: Chicken Breasts / Macaroni and Cheese / Salad
    Then snack on some cottage cheese/crackers before bed.
