The Topic Speaks For itsself, im just curious, because i normally drink a bottle of water in my 2 hours session.
but recently when ive been doing cardio its made me feel bad(maybe too much but its only a 300ml bottle)
so now i use maxi force - iff u have heard of it, well it gives me energy or so i feel.
anyway what do u drink?
Im extremely pedestrian and drink water, but normally from an unwashed shaker bottle so there may be some surprises if im lucky
I need to find something to drink while working out thou, some energy crap
well i know a lot of people that drink the red bull energy drink, but without some of the ingredients of red bull for obv reasons(its a cheap imitation)
i tried it and it gave me bad heartburn so i chucked it :-)

I walk over to the water fountain in between sets, I don't like to carry stuff around with me at the gym.
When I was cutting, I drank my protein/dextrose shake during my workout, instead of after my workout.

A couple of pints of water. Although, I have recently been drinking diet red bull and variants right before I workout, the more taurine the better. It really improved the intensity of my workouts.
Years training with weights: 11, seriously: 6.

If I get thirsty I just go to the kitchen and drink some water (I workout at home)

Well during the beginning part of my workout i drink my creatine with powerade powder(diluted of course) cuz i don't have n e pure dex...then i just drink water...but tha red bull before workin out sounds like a good idea cuz sometimes im just draggin after school (im a soph in high school and workout right after school)
