    Water. I once tried putting some sugar in it to give me more energy, but it tasted like ****.

    I drink my workout shake before the workout (2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup maltodestrose) and then just have water from the drinking fountain between sets.

    The water at my Gym is starting to make me feel ill after about a 1/2 litre, i dont know what they do to it

    Spring water usually. I bring my own gallon that has AllUp sharpied on the side. I got sick of using teh smalle identical bottles because peeps would put their bottles near mine near the storage cubbies and there would be like 3 bottles there. I'd be like wtf?.

    I also just walk to the water fountain. I like taking the walk between sets.

    I drink apple juice or the like
    but actual Juice, not apple "drink"
    100% juice, not from concentrate

    I feel it is as thirst quenching as water with
    the added benefit of natural sugar energies
    vitamins etc etc etc.

    I dont believe too much in "energy drinks" such as red bull.
    I feel that herbal medications, although natural, can
    have negative effects as well as positive.

    Ive read enough on thinks like "ginko biloba" "Ginseng" etc
    to know they also have a bad effect for ever 2 good effects.
