The Topic Speaks For itsself, im just curious, because i normally drink a bottle of water in my 2 hours session.
but recently when ive been doing cardio its made me feel bad(maybe too much but its only a 300ml bottle)
so now i use maxi force - iff u have heard of it, well it gives me energy or so i feel.
anyway what do u drink?
