If the bar isn't bending then youre' just pretending
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.
It's not the critic who counts. It's not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of the deed could have done it better. The credit belongs to the man in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who spends himself in a worthy cause, who strives vailantly, who errs and come up short again and again, who at best knows the high achievement of triumph, who at worst, fails while daring greatly for he knows his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory no defeat.
"It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop."
"We were born for battle, without vision we will die"-Beloved
"Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up."- Thomas Edison
"We few, we happy few, we band of brothers, for he that sheds his blood with me shall be my brother"- Shakespeare
"The man who follows the crowd will usually find himself no further than the crowd, the man that walks alone is likely to find himself in a place no one has ever been."-Unknown
"It's easy to give 100 percent when you can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but true winners give 100 percent when there is no light at all"- Unknown
"Cowards die many times before their death, the valiant taste of death but once"- Shakespeare
"Fortune favors the brave"- Voltaire
"Lo, there do I see my father
Lo, there do I see my mother and my sisters
and my brothers
Lo, there do I see the line of my people back
to the beginning
Lo, they do call to me
They bid me take place among them
in the Halls of Valhalla
Where the brave may live forever..."- Viking Prayer

Fuck, fight, or hold the light.
"Do you workout?"
"Why do you eat every 3 hours?"
Me looking at a muscle mag at work... "Do you actually want to look like that? that's gross.. "
These are all the things that make me want to push harder every day...
I'm motivated by suroundings... not by quotes writen by other poeple...
But I do like Ronnie's... "Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, but no one wants to lift no heavy ass weights"...
If you get motivated by quotes or saying that's cool... the above works for me...
"Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" - Ali
"The fists can hit, what the eyes can't see"
"Boards don't hit back" -B.Lee
Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a f**king big television.

Though I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for I am the baddest son of a **** in the valley.
(I love history especially military history. I met a guy once that I interviewed for a paper that was in Vietnam and he had a 3' x 4' "plaque" that had the entire saying on it. On the back side, it had engravings of everyone who spent time at the camp he was at)

"Test all things; hold fast what is good.": 1 Thessalonians 5:21
"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"
