Hi, i have a mate that every time i see him his muscles are like chissled out but my muscles only show their true colors after lifting weights anyone know why this is and how to cheive it?
The answer to more muscle definition is to lower your bodyfat.
if you want your muscles to pop out like your friends you probably have to decrease your bodyfat and you can achieve that with proper diet and cardio if you wish to add that in the mix.

I've seen that some people look bigger than they are as far as how much they can lift. I'm kinda like that.. which is okay with me.
