man what confusion with my previous thread.... what i was asking is to post the LAST 2 meals you guys ate last night... meaning... in my case... i had for dinner LAST NIGHT some chicken rice..and before bed, some cottage cheese and eggs... get it? lets try it again...

Meal 4: Pria Protien Bar
Meal 5: 6oz ground Turkey, 3/4 cup of brown rice, 1 tabl natty PB
~6:30pm 1 cup of kashi, Chicken & veggie stir-fry w/a fried egg.
~9:00pm MRP before bed (I know, I live off them).

2nd to last: 1 whole egg and 1 egg white with a slice of ham and some Tabasco brand Chipotle Pepper sauce (i HIGHLY recommend it, btw).
Last: 1/2 casein with 1/2 whey shake in water and a serving of cottage cheese.
Weight: 175 lbs.

These are the last two meals I ate tonight. I am defining last as before midnight. I have trouble sleeping and usually eat 2-3 snacks during the night, before my first large morning meal.
5pm -- 5oz chicken breast, large bowl oatmeal, brown rice, 10oz green beans, 1 pear, a few peanuts
10pm -- Large Bowl Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with skim milk, 8oz. peas, 1 ear frozen corn, ~2oz. snapper fillet
