    mistake, too much bi, too little tricep

    i was looking at my routines and i noticed my biceps had more sets than my triceps! LOL what a mistake...

    4-5 sets total for biceps and like 3-4 for tri... doh

    You could have made up for it if you were doing more volume through chest and shoulders.

    Dude you probably know that you use your anterior delts during presses, so you train them on monday (with chest exercises) and again at tuesday... in other words overtraining.

    The rest of the routine looks good!

    i can take make my off day tuesday and work on the shoulder wednesday...fixed
