    It really depends on one variable. The individual. My question is what have members bulked up to. Easy to answer.

    I usually go up to 15%... which is where I stop.

    that's a 3-5% gain, depending on where I started.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    It's a valid question MA.
    I try to stay at around 15% but unfortunately I got carried away again this time around.
    Next bulk up I won't go past 12%.
    I'm gonna have my BF monitored every 2 weeks.

    I do the same as Paul basically, go up to 15% and cut. Usually about an increase of 5% over 4-6 months and 30lbs.

    i'm not finished yet but once i do i'm never gonna purposely let myself get that high again.

    I already know the answer to this question; I just want to be reassured(sp).

    I'm bulking right now; I'm going to up my cals because my body is starting to get used to the diet and I'm becoming hungry a lot (too much). Should I just jump up the cals like 500 cals or use more smaller increments?

    If I am happy with how lean I am for the December pics, then I will most likely bulk until I hit a certain weight without worrying about fat. As long as I know I can get lean without a crazy ass diet*looks at Sinep*, then I won't mind getting fat.

    Damn, when I start bulkin I'm goin back to just eatin..plain and simple. Just LOTS of food. As IB does, only count protein make sure you're gettin enough, (in his case its 500g daily, mine will probly be around 400 g daily) and then just eat like a horse. Of course he's "ON" right now too.

    If I ate whatever, whenever without being on a diet I would end up eating like 2 or maybe 3 meals a day. I'd stuff myself with food and it'd end up having me full for hours and hours.

    I'd feel like **** all the time from being bloated and I'd probably turn into a sugar cube. Wouldn't work that way for me.

    same with me.

    last bulking phase I got up to 20-22%. Very uncomfortable feeling. I basically felt like sh!t both mentally and physically. I've now gotten myself down to 10-12% and plan on never going past 15% again.
