I am currently cutting, and for the last few weeks I have been slacking off on diet. I have been getting adjusted to my new job and I really have been bullsh-tting to much. I haven't missed any training though, so I'm not incredibly off track.
I am taking everything totally serious and I WILL post in here every day. This is gonna be my method for tracking everything so please add any comments you see fit.
My goal is to get down to 7-8% BF and stay shredded for the summer. The last time I had a caliper I was 10%, but that was when I was 155-160 when I first started my bulk. I would guess I am about 11% now.
I will be eating about 1700 calories per day and doing cardio at least 3 times per week. Also drinking at least a gallon of water per day.
