On my new routine that im starting next week, i was gonna work hammies, one day, quads the next workout then do 3 sets for each on the friday, but i have had mixed opinions, eg people sayin that it aint enough rest. But ive also had people sayin that it would give more gains seein as legs are used to stress and need a real blastin if u want em to grow well(my legs r lacking)
I do my legs every other day. I don't really bother with machines, I just do sets of squats. I warm up on around 200lbs and then get up to around 650lbs. Because I work myself so hard and do so many sets it takes a day to recover and I have seen big growth. Work yourself hard and you'll see results. Just give yourself at least a day's break after workouts for recovery and growth.
