    push/pull?

    any of you guys use this method? what's your split like?

    thinking about doing a 4 day push/pull routine, wondering what your routines are like.

    I actually just finished typing up a 4-Day Push/Pull routine that I was thinking about trying and was going to post a thread asking opinions but I guess I'll just jump in with you.

    Workout A1: Push

    Squat 2x6-8
    Hack Squat 2x6-8
    Bench 2x6-8
    Incline Bench 2x6-8
    Arnold Press 2x6-8
    Skull Crusher 2x6-8
    Calve Raise 2x6-8


    Workout B1: Pull

    Weighted Chinup 2x6-8
    Bent Over Row 2x6-8
    SLDL 2x6-8
    Seated Curl 2x6-8
    Shrug 2x6-8
    DB Side Bend 2x6-8


    Workout A2: Push

    Bench 2x6-8
    Weighted Dip 2x6-8
    Military Press 2x6-8
    Lying Tricep Extension 2x6-8
    Calve Raise 2x6-8


    Workout B2: Pull

    Weighted Chinup 2x6-8
    T-Bar Row 2x6-8
    Lying Leg Curl 2x6-8
    Deadlift 2x6-8
    Seated Hammer Curl 2x6-8

    T: A2
    F: B2

    that workout looks pretty hardcore wibble! i can't comment cuz i have no experience or knowledge

    thinking about doing this:

    sun:rest
    mon:PUSH(tri's+shou)
    tues: legs
    wed:rest
    thurs: PUSH(chest+tri's maybe)
    fri: PULL (back+biceps)

    somebody? anybody?
