    Tricep Exercises

    Hi guys, I'm aving problems remembering some tricep exercsises i can do from home....

    I've got dumbells, Barbell, Pullup bar..
    Can anyone reccomend a good few for me? Thanks.

    Narrow grip bench press.

    Skull Crushers (french press).

    Overhead dumbell press.
    Burritos are the bomb for bulking!

    exercise execution

    Age: 17.5
    Weight: 160
    Height: 5'8"

    BF: 12% (done by calipers)

    Bench: 180x6
    BB Curl: 100x6
    Mil Press: 140x6
    Squat: Havent started doing these yet
    Dead: Havent started doing these yet

    Ive been lifting for about a year. I take NyTro Pro 40 and VP2 Protein on training days only. I also eat very healthy on training days and slack a little bit on weekends.
