i just realized my saturated fat is basically nill. i take in NO saturated fats in my diet. all from good fats...but i think i should add "some" saturated fats...agred?
instead of fat-free perhaps 1%...
its nearly impossible to get no sat. fat in your diet...
its in just about everything
but yes, a little sat isn't a bad thing, I think a ratio of 5:1 (poly-mono/sat) is recommened
so in 100g, 20 could be sat
my god, 20 sounds so bad! hehe

seriously. because almost everything has saturated fat in it. if you include any kinds of nuts in your diet, you are taking in some saturated fat. almost all types of protein including steaks, chicken breast, etc. have some saturated fat in them. maybe you are taking in saturated fat and don't know it. also, IMO, 20% of your diet should come from fats, and 20% of those fats can be saturated, but try and keep it at that.
