The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    JustinASU's post bulk pics

I want to say that I still have some veins are striations and even some abs, but as many of us know, the camera is good for washing all that out. Arms are 17", quads are 26", neck is 17", calves are 17". Legs actually lost size due to a severe back injury that did not allow me to work lower body (ie deads, squats). Please, be kind.

Those quads totally overpower those calves. Those are some quads. Arms and shoulders are huge. For them to be that big, your chest still looks awesome. Normally the arms and shoulders like that overpower the chest. Nice!

    Ya big bastard.

I agree quads are gigantic-would like to see them after a cut too. Everything else is huge as well, how much did you gain?

You've got an awesome frame man. Great arms and chest. You need to work on your calfs, but that upper body is amazing. Keep up the good work.

Justin...I think I figured out why your head looks so small...the rest of you blew up! Awesome job. Those quads look crazy. Very well done. You still look respectably lean too.
