    I want to say that I still have some veins are striations and even some abs, but as many of us know, the camera is good for washing all that out. Arms are 17", quads are 26", neck is 17", calves are 17". Legs actually lost size due to a severe back injury that did not allow me to work lower body (ie deads, squats). Please, be kind.
