    Your Triceps

Show me your Tricep routine as i want an idea of what mine should look like...

At the minute its like this:

    Close Grip Bench Press
Seated Tricep Extensions (with E-Z Bar)
    Tri Pressdowns
    Single Arm Tri Pressdowns

Any routines / suggestions would be most helpful

Jesus, thats like as many exercises and sets as you would do for chest exercises.

I'll pick two weighted exercises that i like for the day, i.e., cable tri pushdowns, dumbell tri extensions, skull crushers, etc.

and then I'll do some unweighted dips afterwards. I switch up my exercises every week.

I do tris on back day

    4*10 cable pressdowns

4*10 weighted dips (spotting myself using feet)

    4*10/8/6/4 close grip (smith) benchpress

And they get a fair bit of work on shoulder day, and on chest day

Triceps are the most grateful muscles!!!
