Show me your Tricep routine as i want an idea of what mine should look like...
At the minute its like this:
Close Grip Bench Press
Seated Tricep Extensions (with E-Z Bar)
Single Arm Tri Pressdowns
Any routines / suggestions would be most helpful
3 x 8 Close grip bench press
2 x 8 Skull Crushers
2 x Dipss (to failure)
2 x 8 Bar Push Downs
2 x Rope Push downs (to failure)
i do my triceps on my bench day so is they any need for me doing close grip bench press ?
i do bi's and tri's together
preacher curlstri pushdowns
1 set of each - no rest in between then rest then do it again - 3 sets
I do tris on back day
4*10 cable pressdowns
4*10 weighted dips (spotting myself using feet)
4*10/8/6/4 close grip (smith) benchpress
And they get a fair bit of work on shoulder day, and on chest day
Triceps are the most grateful muscles!!!
... and that's about it now that i think about it. i should probably do more exercises

and then I'll do some unweighted dips afterwards. I switch up my exercises every week.
I change mine up alot, like bench press and then dips, or ngbp and then db bench press,im not worried about size though just strength.
I only do 3 sets of CGBP after doing chest and 3 sets of military presses
