    change up in routine help

    I need some help with changing up my chest routine. I was currently doing Flat bench press and incline dumbbell flyes. Do you have any suggestions on what i should do to change up my chest routine???

    Simple! Just go to Flat DB Bench Press, and Incline Barbell Bench Press, this should work for a little while, just keep changing the volume, sets and reps, things like that.
