okay i've been drinking gatorade in place of my gnc distance (malto mix) at the gym and think it is holding up fine, but what you guys think? Is gatorade closer to a decent enough carb drink or closer to like hawaiin punch?

gatorade assuming you are mixing it yourself not the already bottled contains a good amount of dext, sucrose so I would guess it would be fine. I know many who use gatorade powder instead of dext/malto

Yeah, I use gatorade powder to mix with my creatine for better absorbtion. Gatorade in the bottle is different though. Mix it yourself.

really why is it different? i actually do use the powder because it's about 100X cheaper, and i like to water it down more, prolly about only 60-70% gatorade

okay but if you mix it the way the instructions say, is it any different than the bottled stuff? if you mix it accurately it shouldn't matter which type you use

Gatorade powder is even better when you add dextrose...
