I am currently 2 weeks in my first bulking stage. I am giving myself 12 weeks to put on 11 lbs (5 Kg).. I am eating very clean..workout 3 times a week and do no cardio ...
How much Muscle Mass and Fat Mass can I expect to Gain on the 11 lbs Bulk??? Or can any of you people who been on a slow bulk..tell me how much muscle mass and fat mass you gained during a bulk???
If you're new to working out then I think you should be able to put on that much lbm. It varies for everyone though.
I think you should work out 5 or 6 days a week

Dontcha think 3/7 days is a trifle low for anyone newish, bulking + no cardio??? I just blurted out in a very invalid way.... Mainly cos i worked with a longer split (before was doing 3 days fullbody) and saw better gains when i was doing my first bulk
