I saw this exersise on tv and decided to try it. Basically you put the bar on the pins as low as it goes on a standard bench rack(about 2ft off the ground?) Then you lay under the bar on the ground with your legs extended out and the bar should be at your chin. Then you extend your arms and grab the bar and pull yourself up to it keeping your legs out and back straight- your chin should be almost touch the bar. It's basically a body weight bb row, nice pump in rear delts and back
