    Good Vanilla Protein Recipe?

    Hey guys! What's up? I know there have been many posts but I cannot find out exactly what I am looking for. I am currently using AtLargeNutrition Vanilla Nitrean and Creatine 500. I mix them together with skim milk. What recipes or other add-ins do you guys mix-in to make it better? What works best with vanilla protein?

    try making an orange dream type of shake... this is what I do:

    5 oz. skim milk, 2 oz. orange juice w/o pulp, 1 scoop vanilla whey

    shake it all up

    add a couple ice cubes

    shake more, enjoy tastes AWESOME! you might have to mess around with the liquid consistency (4 oz milk + 2 oz OJ or something) to get it how u like it
