    Lil' summer PL competition..

    Hey there folkses. I'm gonna start a little PL-ing competition here between us peeps on the board. You have to post your current 3 core lift maxes and your current total. I will start with mine...

    Bench: 300
    Squat: 315
    Dead: 405
    ________________
    Total: 1020


    And I don't really know how to award the winners, but there will be a "Amazing POWERLIFTER '04" award, that you could put in your title or your signature. "Amazing Bench '04" "Amazing Squat '04" "Amazing Deadlift '04". Well it'd be cool anyway.

    The contest will start now, and end the 1st of September.

    Don't worry, I'll be revisting this thread often and editting it for current competitors.

    I haven't done any of these maxes for sometime, but I've also been sick for the past month or so, so I have no idea if they're accurate. But hell, I'm in.

    squat is a guesstimate, my projected max is 435-440, havent done 1RM for a while.

    And no, Patty, it doesn't matter.

    But Adam, why are all of your lifts 100 lb.'s lower than your signature?

    So how is the contest going to be done? All lifts in one day or diff days for diff lfits?

    Max: It is just whatever is your highest max is by the 1st of September. Doesn't have to be on a certain day or anything. Like on the 1st or something you can post your current maxes and I'll find out the champions from there.
