It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
my question is, if you can do do dips w/out assistance (bodyweight) then can you bench as many reps of your body weight that you can dip...

or is there no correlation between the two.
