Arm Wreatling Techniques/Training?
Any know of some good training techniques to get better at arm wrestling?
I've been just been doing regular forearms excercises.
i was woundering the same thing, doesn't ur shoulders play a major part so i spose any shoulder pushing movement would help
I think they use forearms, wrists, biceps, deltoids and especially rotator cuffs.
The best "strategy" that I know of is to kind of pull your arm in so that you use your shoulders against the other guy's arm. If you were to win, you would be pulling his arm almost right into you as opposed to to the left, and if he would win he'd be pulling your arm close to right into him ..
