    best routine for arms, chest and stomach?

    whats the best routine to get much bigger arms mainly? and chest, shoulders and stomach? thanks

    Arms, close-grip pull ups (supinated grip)
    Chest: Bench press
    Shoulders: Any overhead press
    Stomach: Squats or deadlifts
    Burritos are the bomb for bulking!

    when its really burning dop i stop? or stop for a bit then go again? i get that god almighty burn after about 20 minutes bud

    I never get a burn. THen again, I do do huge amounts of sets and reps.
    Burritos are the bomb for bulking!

    i guess when im use to it, it will get easier, oh why cant there be a potion to make me into the incredible hulk in 24 hours? grrrrrrrr lol

    Max-Mex, been checkin you out & I have folks in Brockton. What I think we have in common is "PULLUPS"!!!!!!!!! I've benn reading your advice and agree wit what I have seen. Bro!!! There is no getting away from "da ol' school", thats why i believe to start with bodyweight exercises and then incorporate the Iron for isolation and looks is the foundation.......from there I see how WWB 1 & WWB 2 can elevate u if that is your wish. Peace!
    Patience isn't only a virtue......it'll get you "CHISLED" if you like to workout!!!!

    Success(defined by my High school Football coach) : doing a certain thing, a certain way.........everyday!!!!
