Max-Mex, been checkin you out & I have folks in Brockton. What I think we have in common is "PULLUPS"!!!!!!!!! I've benn reading your advice and agree wit what I have seen. Bro!!! There is no getting away from "da ol' school", thats why i believe to start with bodyweight exercises and then incorporate the Iron for isolation and looks is the foundation.......from there I see how WWB 1 & WWB 2 can elevate u if that is your wish.
