    Everything you need to know about making protein shakes taste VERY good...

    First off, I NEVER buy chocolate mix anymore. It's too redundant. You can only do so much with chocolate, but to each their own.

    I buy only strawberry, and now mixed berry flavor GNC has for their 100% are some have to like fruit...

    Sherbert Protein Smoothie

    Pineapple sherbert (Sherbert is lower cals than ice cream)
    Lime juice concentrate
    Strawberry or mixed berry protein mix

    You can also use Lime, rainbow, or orange all tastes good.

    Frozen Yogurt Smoothie

    Cherry Vanilla No fat frozen yogurt (has Spenda in it, low cals)
    Lime juice concentrate
    Strawberry/mixed berry protein mix

    Standard Fruit Smoothie

    5 Strawberries
    Lime juice concentrate
    Strawberry/mixed berry protein

    My personal fav is the pineapple sherbert smoothie...tastes great...

    And I think that pineapple one sounds pretty good...though I've never really trusted berry flavored protein powder. I don't even trust vanilla powder. I barely trust chocolate, which is all I get. Maybe when the cash flow kicks up(in about ten years) I'll try out some other flavors.

    The first thing I wonder is this just something to experimet with, or do we have another french chief who doesn't like the taste.

    My breakfast is oats, pb, maybe bannana, milk, whey and sometimes creatine.

    I found that the trick to making any good protien or weight gain drink is...

    -milk as main liquid
    -water to thin it down
    -any real fruits for flavour
    -vanilla or flavourless protien powder (it has the least taste)

    Mix everything in a blender for a couple seconds.
